Light nutty and yeasty notes onthe nose, hint of tobacco, partly dried yellow fruit, some dried herbs, hint of saffron, earthy and mineral notes. Both tart and sweetish on the palate, quite firm, still slightly rough and astringent, ripe, restrained, partly candied fruit, prominent dried vegetal and light yeasty notes, nutty aromas, hint of chocolate, prominent acidity, noticeable tannins, full-body and substance, slightly rustic style, sugar candy in the background, candied green vegetal notes, becomes significantly more juicy with extensive aeration, sweet touch on a fairly long, gripping finish with some hard acidity.
