Somewhat developed, dried-vegetable to herbal and a touch phenolic aroma of ripe, partly candied citrus fruits and stone fruits with cool mineral hints, a hint of tobacco and earthy nuances. Ripe, sweetish fruit with slightly vegetal and a little waxy aromas, fine acidity, noticeable, very slightly drying tannin, which, however, integrates completely with air, has power and a certain warmth, good persistence, a little dark and also yellow spice, certain depth, with air more candy and noticeable sweetness, salt in the background, citrus zest, very good, a little warm, again slightly phenolic finish.

Fest, klar, geschliffen und saftig im Mund, reife Frucht mit lebendiger, feingliedriger Säure, hefige und kräuterige Noten am Gaumen, deutliche Mineralik, sehr gute Tiefe und Nachhaltigkeit, recht komplex, noch ziemlich jung, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
