Firm and quite deep, polished, animalistic and smoky scent of red and black berries with cherry notes, a bit of roasting, fine root vegetables and herbs. Quite firm, polished, herb-juicy fruit, slightly smoky-roasted and chocolatey wood spice, youthful, fine tannins, lasting on the palate, some depth, again a hint of root vegetables and bacon, a little green stem wood, floral traces, very good, juicy and spicy finish with roasting and vanilla.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
