Firm, slightly tobacco, somewhat cedary-woody aroma of ripe black and red berries with dried mushroom and earthy notes as well as a little leather and peppery tones. Tart dark fruit with slightly sooty notes, mint, pepper and toasty hints, a little liquorice in the background, present tannin and some bite, lots of power but also cooling elements, salty minerality, a hint of seaweed, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with bite.

Best to drink: 2024-2028+. What our ratings mean
