Cool citrus stone fruit nose with fresh planty and delicate floral notes, a hint of bacon and quite distinct minerality. Sweet fruit with yeasty, somewhat planty to herbal and earthy-mineral notes, also very slightly chalky, again a hint of bacon on the palate, fine acidity, slight tannin touch, a hint of red berries in the background, appears quite dense and substantial, only still closed, plenty of minerality, very good, firm, sweet finish with notes of candy. Must mature
