2017 Riesling Kabinett feinherb VDP.Gutswein, Mosel, Germany

Nose still fairly reductive, with prominent yeasty notes, vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, still has some sulphurous notes. Cool, elegant, juicy, fairly polished fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, moderately sweet, good persistence, floral and fresh vegetal notes, tart mineral notes in the background, some grip and depth, hint of bread, very good, firm, juicy finish.
