Translate to English Kühler, straffer und herber Steinobstduft mit feinen vegetabilen und kräuterigen Aromen, etwas Zitrusfrüchten, Fenchel und schon in der Nase zupackender dunkler Mineralik. Trocken und saftig im Mund, reintönige, fest gewirkte Frucht mit vegetabiler bis kräuteriger und hefiger Würze und sehr viel erdiger Mineralik, feine Säure, sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Tiefe, hat Griff, noch kaum entwickelt und leicht gedeckt, sehr guter Abgang. Legt mit Luft deutlich zu und sollte reifen.
