Translate to English Straffer, kräuteriger Duft nach kandierten und getrockneten gelben Früchten mit zarten Karamelltönen, etwas Waldmeister, grünen Äpfeln und einer Spur Honig. Süße, etwas cremige Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabile Aromen, sehr feine, dabei straffe Säure, wieder etwas Karamell und Kandis am Gaumen, auch wieder ein wenig Honig, fest und nachhaltig, ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, an Kräutertee und Kamille erinnernde Aromen, recht tief, aber derzeit eher unnahbar, langer Nachhall.
