Prominent vegetal and light yeasty and earthy notes on the nose, partly dried yellow fruit, hint of caramel and some light tobacco, earthy and mineral notes. Firm, ripe, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, tart yeasty and prominent earthy and mineral notes, some tobacco, light nutty notes, fairly prominent lively acidity, persistent, some grip, medium body, some depth, quite crisp, slightly rustic style, tart spice, sweetish and juicy on a very good grippy finish.
