Sehr süß und sehr saftig im Mund, glasklare Frucht mit geschliffener, lebendiger Säure und zarter Kohlensäure, wieder kräuterig-pflanzliche Würze, sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit und Tiefe, besitzt Spannung und Zug, viel Mineralik, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
