2002 Kanzem Altenberg Riesling Spätlese - 10 -, Mosel, Germany

Cool mineral notes on the nose, aromas of peach and citrus. Clean, firmly woven fruit, sweet and yet piquant, lively acidity, light-bodied, very elegant style, lots of mineral grip, well defined and structured, very persistent, long finish. Give it time to mature, it is likely to still improve further.
