Lightly smoky, quite firm, somewhat nutty and vegetal to dried herb-like nose with core and stone fruit notes, a hint of eggplant, and suggested forest mushrooms. Refined, juicy fruit with moderate sweetness and nuances reminiscent of canned apricots, lively acidity, has some grip, good sustainability, in the background black tea and hinted crustaceans, predominantly chalky minerality, very good finish with bitter herbal aromas.
