Something roasted, nutty, tobacco-like, and slightly earthy nose with more dark than red berries, a hint of cherries, and suggested dried flowers. A slightly sweet compote-like fruit with nuances reminiscent of sour cherries and wax, some nutty and spicy wood notes, as well as slightly peppery hints, sandy, very slightly drying tannin, certain warmth, good, a slightly smoky finish.
