The winery is located in the municipality of Glanz in the wine-growing region of Southern Styria (Austria). The farm is situated directly at the highest point of the South Styrian Wine Road at 550 meters above sea level. Attached are a Buschenschank with a view over the vineyards and a guest house. The basis for the quality operation was created by Albin and Antonia Tschermonegg. Since the beginning of 2003 Sonja and Erwin Tschermonegg have taken full responsibility for the family business. Erwin was trained in Silberberg as a viticulture and cellar master and gained practical experience in New Zealand. The vineyards arranged around the estate comprise 30 hectares of vineyards in the Lubekogel, Oberglanzberg, Pössnitzberg and Steinbach vineyards. They are planted to 90% with the white wine varieties Sauvignon Blanc, ,Pinot Blanc, Morillon(Chardonnay), Sämling 88(Scheurebe), Müller-Thurgau, Traminer (red, yellow, spice), Muskateller, Ruländer(Pinot Gris) and Blütenmuskateller, the rest with the red wine varieties Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The vineyards are managed according to the principles of KIP (Controlled Integrated Production). The entire production is carried out according to certified criteria of Nachhaltig Austria. The wines are primarily vinified classically in stainless steel tanks or in large wooden barrels. French are used to a small extent. The special wines from selected grapes from the best sites are marketed under "Superior". The premium wines include Traminer Trio from the three Traminer varieties and various varietal white wines Südsteiermark DAC, as well as the Riedenweine Sauvignon Blanc Lubekogel and Oberglanzberg. Ice wine is also pressed in years when the weather is suitable. Also bottle-fermented sparkling wine, Frizzante, grape juice, pumpkin seed oil and noble brandies are produced. The winery is a member of the association Wein Steiermark.
