Firm, relatively tart, slightly dried vegetable to tobacco and yeasty, also mineral fragrance with floral and rather light yellow-fruity notes, but also slightly blackberry notes. Tight, quite juicy, partly candied fruit of yellow and green citrus fruits, present acidity, floral nuances and herbal-vegetable tones, much bite, persistent on the palate, salty minerality in the background, good depth, plenty of tension, very good, tight, juicy finish with lots of acid bite and lime tones
