Furioso, Alto Adige, Italy

Firm, polished nose, blackberries and cherries, light floral and nutty notes, hint of dark chocolate, peppery traces. Tart. fairly juicy dark fruit on the palate, nutty, spicy oak, some cocoa, fine sandy, youthful tannins, light bite, persistent, firm structure, hint of bacon, touch of herbs and mountain flowers, salty notes in the background, hint of red bell peppers, some depth, still largely undeveloped, fairly cool, tart and juicy on a very good finish.
