Again, quite a firm sweet fruit with a bitter herbal and nutty-yeasty spice, fine acidity, a bit of grip, persistent on the palate, herbal undertones, a hint of vanilla, somewhat floral and mineral in the background, persistent, good depth, still young, medium strength, certain skin phenolics, a hint of rock candy, caramel, and dried fruit, very good, concentrated, juicy, spicy, and salty finish.
