Quite firm, polished, somewhat ethereal, nutty and dried herbal scent of predominantly dark berries with a little cherry as well as nuances reminiscent of eucalyptus. Clear, quite fresh, juicy fruit with a hint of milk chocolate and pepper, crumbly tannin, some persistence, currants and citrus zest in the background, slightly toasty wood notes, very good, quite cool finish with bite, salt and fine ethereal spice. Makes you feel good.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
