Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, light floral notes, citrus and apple aromas, light nutty notes and a hint of marzipan. Warm and creamy ripe, fairly smooth fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous and floral traces, hint of juniper, noticeable high alcohol, very elegant acidity, some grip, not particularly deep, hint of bacon, touch of almonds on a good alcoholic finish.
