Cool nose, delicate herbaceous and floral notes, pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus, tart nutty notes, light mineral notes. Fairly light-bodied, tart, nutty fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, very elegant, fairly lively acidity, light tannic grip, persistent, dried floral traces, prominent mineral notes, good to very good tart finish.
