Fine vegetal nose with quite polished pome fruit notes and still yeasty traces. Clear, tart, bright fruit, clearly vegetal aromas and light, nutty wood notes, very fine acidity, good substance and persistence, rather cool character, mineral hints in the background, still young, very good finish.
