2024 Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Cool, distinctly plant-like to herbal and slightly almondy nose of bright yellow fruits with a hint of white and green berries, as well as nuances reminiscent of bell pepper and elderflower. Straightforward, still youthful fruit with cool juice, again bell pepper and gooseberries, lively acidity, light tannin grip, certain sustainability, salty and chalky tones, bright flowers in the background, good to very good finish with bite.
