Clearer, firmer and cooler, transparent, very bright scent with fine herbal and yellow fruity aromas, a hint of smoke, floral nuances as well as yeasty and chalky undertones. Firmly structured, juicy, ripe, bright fruit, slightly nutty, yeasty and delicately smoky notes, good substance and sustainability, very fine acidity, a bit of grip, chalky-salty minerality, a bit of melt, a little parsley in the background, very good, firm, bitter-juicy finish, again with fine herbal spice.
