Relatively cool, slightly nutty, tobacco-like, and subtly smoky scent of partially preserved apricots with a hint of stone fruit as well as a touch of red berries and some root vegetables. Clear, firmly structured, finely juicy, sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of honey and nutmeg, also again red berries and subtly maple syrup, fine, lively acidity, has some grip, good sustainability, and certain depth, gains more polish with air, salty and chalky minerality, very good, again firm, juicy finish with smoky notes.
