Firmly structured, herb-juicy fruit with vegetable and slightly smoky tones, a bit of yeast and a hint of tobacco, very fine acidity, grip of ripe tannin, sustainable and dense on the palate, good depth, plenty of minerality, slightly nutty barrel notes in the background, ethereal notes, has energy and substance, very good, firm, herb-juicy, finely spicy and very mineral finish.
