2021 Minheim feinherb "Pink", Mosel, Germany

Sweet red berry nose with notes of wine gum, partly candied yellow fruits and a hint of smoke. Sweet and at the same time somewhat bitterish-spicy in the mouth, present acidity, slightly sandy tannin, some carbonic acid, apple-like notes, decent finish.
