2017 Nierstein Schloss Schwabsburg Riesling Brut Nature (Deg.:03/2020), Rheinhessen, Germany

Cool, floral, herbal and yeasty nose of pome fruits and ripe citrus fruits with some stone fruits, distinct yeast, dried herbs and buttery nuances. Quite tightly knit, tangy fruit with nutty and yeasty aromas, herbal-vegetable tones and hints of yellow spice, lively, relatively fine mousseux, some grip and noticeable acid bite, very slightly perfumed on the palate, delicate bitterness, smoky traces, good, quite firm, tangy and spicy finish
