Cool and tart, quite deep, still almost a little smoky-reductive, clearly planty citrus nose with white fruity traces, a little redcurrant, floral nuances, hints of fennel and some minerality. Clear, lively and juicy fruit, quite present acidity and some grip of ripe tannin, nutty yeasty aromas, persistent on the palate, a hint of dark berries, delicate exotic fruit notes, light minerality, tones reminiscent of shellfish and seaweed, fine melt, still young, very good, firm, juicy finish with bite and grip. May mature further.

Editor note: Quite deep, somewhat nutty and still slightly yeasty aroma of ripe yellow fruits with hints of yellow spice, peppery traces, clearly fennel, a little spinach, floral nuances and minerality. Firmly knit, tart, fine-juicy fruit, some grip and fine acidity, persistent on the palate, quite dense, fresh herbaceous-vegetable and delicate floral nuances, a hint of gooseberries, distinct minerality, some depth, still undeveloped, a hint of protein, quite complex, a hint of smoke in the background, nutty hints, some melting, very good, firm finish with grip and pull. Needs to mature a little more.
