2018 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Grassnitzberg Sauvignon Blanc Erste STK Ried trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Still undeveloped, deep and complex, distinctly vegetable scent with yellow and green fruity aromas, floral nuances, a hint of pepper, a little dark berry and minerality. Firm, still rather closed, tangy-juicy, light fruit, clearly planty to herbal spice, elderflower on the palate, again also a hint of pepper, lively, fine acidity, yeasty notes and fine touch, dense and persistent, good depth, plenty of light minerality, has power but no heaviness, still undeveloped, very good, tangy-juicy, mineral and planty-spicy finish with a lot of grip and pull
