Clear, polished nose, light nutty and delicate yeasty notes, pomaceous fruit, light vegetal and herbaceous as well as floral notes, mineral notes. Light-bodied, straightforward, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, light vegetal and fairly prominent yeasty notes, light earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, still young, but already approachable, delicate bite on a good tart finish.
