Translate to English Herber, straffer, deutlich grasig-pflanzlicher Zitrus-Kernobstduft mit etwas weißen Johannisbeeren, grünem Spargel, einer Spur Holunderblüten, Paprika und deutlicher Mineralik. Klare, saftige Frucht im Mund, herbe pflanzliche und zart hefige Aromen, feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig, noch etwas verschlossen wirkend, nussige Spuren, leicht erdige Mineralik, fast ein wenig Chili-Schärfe, hat Griff, gute Tiefe, recht kompakt, sehr guter Abgang. Hat Zeit.
