Tart nose with prominent vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, green citrus fruit, touch of pomaceous fruit and avocado, tart herbaceous notes. Firm on the palate, quite full-bodied, cool, tart and polished, persistent, herbaceous and vegetal notes, prominent mineral notes, has some depth and grip, yeasty traces in the background, very good finish. Currently in an interim phase, should improve considerably by the end of the year.
