Cool, finely vegetable nose with very bright yellow fruity and delicate floral notes. Very slender, bright fruit, lively, fine acidity, distinctly plant-like notes on the palate, somewhat reminiscent of young, fresh cabbage, nutty traces, certain sustainability, limited substance, mineral nuances, good to very good finish with bite.
