Clear, very fine and polished citrus nose with core fruit notes as well as nutty and slightly earthy tones. Ripe, juicy, yet completely dry fruit, nutty and subtly smoky tones, a bit vegetal in the background, very fine acidity, a touch of soft, slightly sandy tannin, salt in the background, a hint of bacon, bitter vegetal, slightly reminiscent of celery aromas, some depth, ethereal hints, very good finish with bite.
