Right firm and deep, somewhat leathery, nutty and dried floral scent of partly preserved dark berries and cranberries with a hint of pepper and dried meat. Polished, juicy, firm fruit with noticeable acidity, slightly bitter chocolate and nutty wood aromas, as well as a touch of mint and tea, fine sandy tannin, good sustainability, with soy in the background and hinted shiitake mushrooms, certain depth, earthy tones, very good, slightly roasted finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
