A dry, firm, somewhat nutty, smoky, and tobacco-like nose with dark berries and a hint of cherries, as well as nuances reminiscent of forest mushrooms and vanilla. Polished, ripe, juicy fruit with a touch of black currants and a hint of Thai mint, slightly bitter chocolate and nutty wood notes, along with a bit of meat juice, crumbly-sandy tannins, good sustainability, salty and earthy tones, certain depth, very good, dry finish with a hint of rosehip and juniper.
