Relatively cool, floral and slightly spicy aroma of bright yellow fruits and lychee with slightly mushroomy hints and nuances reminiscent of long pepper. Straight, rather tart citrus fruit with delicately sweet melting, fine acidity, moderate tannin, certain persistence, some floral-perfumed notes in the background, typical aromatic bitters, hints of pepper and tart minerality in the good, but also alcoholic finish
