Quite cool, somewhat nutty, very slightly vegetal and herbal scent of light yellow fruits with delicate floral nuances. Quite polished, bright fruit with a hint of mixed berries, lively acidity, very light tannic grip, certain persistence, grapefruit and slightly vegetal tones in the background, salty minerality, still gaining with air, very good, bright and relatively cool finish
