Cool, tart, somewhat yeasty, clearly planty nose with light citrus and pome fruit notes and a little mint. Clear, fine-juicy, quite dry fruit, light nutty, delicately buttery and hints of woody flavours, fine acidity, some grip, some persistence, light minerality, hints of vanilla and butter in the background, very good, quite juicy finish with some tension.

Best to drink: 2022-2026+. What our ratings mean
