2018 Chenin Blanc trocken, Baden, Germany

A distinctly green-vegetal and slightly floral fragrance with light yellow fruity notes, a touch of mushrooms and leeks. Bright fruit with quite present acidity, some melting and noticeable alcohol, cooling fresh vegetable notes, quite clear minerality, has bite, cool and warm elements, a trace of carbonic acid, delicate phenolic tones, good to very good, tart, again alcoholic finish
