Klare, geradlinige, feinsaftige Frucht mit nussigen und grün-vegetabilen Aromen, etwas Fenchel und Brokkoli am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, lebendige, feine Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, ein Hauch Lakritz, spürbarer Alkohol, hat aber auch Biss, guter Abgang.
