Somewhat dried vegetal and delicately mushroom nose with red-berry aromas and slightly floral tones. Straight red fruit with nutty, very delicately woody, smoky and again mushy tones, crumbly tannin, delicate bite, salty-mineral tones in the background, a hint of malt, good persistence, good to very good finish with floral and bacon nuances
