2014 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Spätburgunder trocken "AAA", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Very light hint of bacon and juniper on the nose, red and a few black berriew´s, earthy and light peppery notes, dried herbs and a hint of celery. Straightforward, tart fruit on the palate, nutty oak, hint of cocoa and pepper, fine sandy tannins, light acid bite, good persistence, toasted and smoky notes, earthy and salty mineral notes, still young and slightlyastringent, clear contours, very good, tart, mineral,finish with peppery spice and fresh vegetal notes.
