Lightly pickled, somewhat nutty, leathery and peppery nose with predominantly dark berries and a hint of cherries, reminiscent of paprika, tomatoes, and meat juice nuances. Clear, juicy, transparent and cool, completely dry fruit with a slight acidity bite, delicate nutty and bitter chocolate wood aromas, as well as hinted sour cherries, fine, crumbly tannins, good sustainability, with grilled vegetables and a bit of cigar ash in the background, salty and stony tones, very good, juicy finish with cool herbal aromas and a hint of nutmeg.
