Cool, firm and quite deep, still closed fruit of cherries and mixed berries with rose hips, light fermentation tones, delicate smoky notes and hints of spicy wood, floral nuances and a little herbs. Cool, taut, fine-juicy fruit, lively, fine tannin and animating bite, herbal to tobacco nuances, restrained wood notes, lasting, certain depth, chalky and salty tones, a hint of pepper, mushrooms, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with certain minerality and fine spice.
