firm nose, hint of smoked bacon, red and black berries, herbaceous notes, peppery traces, partly dried mushrooms, pimento powder and cannabis. Clear, polished, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, firm and quite cool, herbaceous notes, touch of sage and cannabis, integrated fine sandy tannins, some bite, persistent, salty notes, light nutty and toasted notes, spicy traces, some depth, still young, hint of dried flowers, sage and licorice on a very good, long, firm, juicy finish. Continues to evolve for days after opening.
