2021 Randersacker Marsberg Silvaner trocken Alte Reben, Reserve "Fass 500", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm, tart, somewhat nutty pome fruit scent with root vegetables and pointed cabbage, some smoke and dried mushrooms. Tart-juicy, again rather tightly knit, dense fruit, smoky, nutty, vegetal and clearly salty notes, quite lively acidity, grip of ripe tannin, persistent on the palate, medium power, still young, some depth, again dried mushrooms in the background, moderate wood tones, very good, firm, tart-juicy and grippy finish.
