Fragrance of partially fermented stone fruit and citrus fruits with a little herbaceous-vegetal and floral tones. Sweet, partly preserved and again fermented fruit, lively, elegant acidity, a hint of carbon dioxide, vegetal notes on the palate, a hint of yeasty, crunchy apple in the background, a little candy, good to very good finish. unfortunately not very clear.
