Astringent, somewhat mineral and a hint of peppery fragrance with light yellow fruity aromas, nutty traces and minerality. Ripe, clear, juicy fruit, very fine acidity, certain melt, nutty and vegetable to herbal aromas, a hint of mushrooms, good persistence, minerality in the background, some freshness, very good, quite juicy and delicately spicy finish
