Tart, somewhat vegetal, very slightly warm aroma of more red than black berries with mushroomy notes, hints of olives and dried herbs. Ripe, quite juicy, slightly warm fruit, herbal, nutty and somewhat smoky-woody tones, also a little bacon, again black olives, fine sandy, very slightly drying tannin, a little Mediterranean type, noticeable alcohol warmth, coffee notes and bitter chocolate, very good, very slightly compote finish with dark spice.

Teils eingemacht wirkende Beerenfrucht im Mund, rauchige, nussige und etwas bitterlich-kakaowürzige Holznoten, etwas Biss, mürb-sandiges Tannin, gewisse Alkoholwärme, aber auch kühlende Elemente, gewürzige Anklänge, ein wenig Salz, guter bis sehr guter, würziger und eine Spur marmeladiger und malziger Abgang.
